Pacioli Financial Consulting Limited was established by Bill Wild, a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience across a diverse range of different business sectors.

Bill’s real area of expertise, and the area in which he takes most pleasure, is working with entrepreneurial, owner-managed SME businesses. His experience ranges from filling out the quarterly VAT return to setting up overseas subsidiaries. From preparing strategic budgets and forecasts to reporting to private equity investors. He has strong, hands-on financial skills as well as extensive regulatory and compliance knowledge.

He believes he can really add value by bringing the experience gained throughout his successful career to new companies, and his experience of vendor due diligence processes would be invaluable to any business which was potentially looking to sell.
